The Hotel is a few steps from the city center, it has 158 rooms and public areas with privileged views of the Lake and volcanoes. A complete infrastructure in services; heated pool with slide, hot tubs, bicycles, excursions, activities for adults and children.

Our hotel is made up of 3 areas:

SECTOR A: Reception, Restaurants, Terraces, Spa, Games room, Café, Bar, Rooms.

SECTOR B: Heated Pool, Steam Bath, Hot Tub and Event Rooms.

SECTOR C: Eco cabins / Apartments, Doña Elena Garden, Outdoor Hot Tub.

Our guests have access to all sectors of the Hotel. You can stroll through the Doña Elena Garden enjoying a casual walk through the beautiful lavender garden, bird watching and native trees of the area.
